ご返品にあたりご了承いただきたい点があります。
今回の返品理由としては、ホームページの商品説明が正確ではないとのことでしたが、当店としては先日、お客様にご連絡したとおり、日本語の説明書のみであり、英文の説明書はないとしているところでありまして、お客様のご都合による返品として取り扱わせていただきたいと考えております。
このため、アメリカの返却先(オレゴン州)までの送料はお客様の負担となりますことをご了承いただきたいと思います。
なお、返品先及び返金にあたっての考え方は次のとおりです。
