My agent handles delivery of items, so I checked current status.
After you paid money, I made instruction for shipment of the item to the agent, but shipment was not made due to an error by the agent.
I'm very sorry about this.
I again instructed shipment of the item today.
However, shipping agent is closed till January 3rd for year and and new year holidays.
Therefore, shipment will be made on January 4th.
I am very sorry for making you wait till delivery of the item, so as a sign of my apology I will refund $○.
Again I apologize deeply for causing you an inconvenience due to an error at my side.
*If you cannot wait any longer, I can cancel transaction.

My items were not shipped yet because of their mistakes, even though I told the agency to ship items after you made payment.
I told them to ship items again today, but they are closed from Jan 3 to Jan 4 at the end and beginning of the year, so the shipment will be Jan 4.
I am really sorry to have been waiting for you till items arrived, and I will refund you 〇＄ as my apology.
