この度、デザイン業界に精通した担当弁理士と協議のうえ、知的財産の取扱いに関する規定を変更いたしました。主な変更内容は下記の通りです。
②知的財産の定義を明確化し、プロダクトのフォルムだけでなくいわゆるアイデア（ここではデザイン・コンセプトと呼びます）についても貢献を認める
③1つのプロダクトのデザイン・コンセプトやフォルムについて複数のユーザー様が貢献をしている場合は、各ユーザー様の寄与率を判断し、売上ロイヤリティは按分する
After the discussion with our patent attorney, we have changed the rule as to the handling of the intellectual properties. The main changes are as follows.
2. We clarify the definition of the intellectual properties and accept the contribution to not only the form of the product but also the so-called idea (we hereby call it the design concept).
3. When plural users contribute to the design concept and the form of a product, we judge the contribution ratio of each user and the sales royalty will be prorated accordingly.
