運送会社に探して貰ってから届けるより、日本からEMSというとても速い航空便で送った方が速いと思ったから、今日それで送らせてもらったよ。

After I received your inquiry I checked the reason, it seems like it was lost during transportation.
I thought it would be faster to send it from Japan by EMS which is very quick airfreight than asking courier company and have it delivered, so I sent it out today.
I'm very sorry for making you wait.
I think it will arrive within this week, so will you wait a little more?
