先日、当店で発送した商品については、集配した京都郵便局において、処理が大幅に遅れており、ニューヨークの現地時間で１１月２２日の午前６時に大阪国際郵便局あてに発送されました。
ＵＳＰＳのＨＰではまだ表示されていません。
このままいきますと、お客様が指定された場所に早くて１１月２５日の午前中に荷物が届きます。それよりも遅れる場合は、お客様が滞在されているホテルから商品の受け取り拒否をしていただき、返金をさせていただく場合もあります。
いずれにしても、配送状況を随時ご連絡いたします。

The other day, for the item shipping from our shop, from Kyoto post office, handling is going to be greatly delayed, in New York November 22nd 6 am local time it was expected to ship to Osaka international post office but it is still not displayed on USPS's HP.
Going from here, your luggage will arrive at your specified location as early as November 25th in the morning. If it is delayed more from the hotel where you are staying you can deny the receipt and receive a refund.
Anyhow, at any time you can contact about the delivery situation.

Regarding the item we shipped out the other day, the handling at Kyoto post office has been very much delayed. It has been sent to Osaka international post office at 6am on 22nd November in New York time.
The data for this shipment has not been reflected on USPS website yet.
For now, it is supposed to be delivered to the place you indicated in the morning on 25th November at earliest. In case it is delivered later than that, we can give you a refund after you refuse to receive the package at the hotel you are staying.
