状況確認のため写真の提供を求めると、それを拒否してやはり壊れていなかったと証言を変えました。その次に、商品の箱が開けられていて書類が無かったという主張で$300の一部返金を要求してきました。私は新品未開封のまま送ったのであり得ません。この主張を断るならばケースを開くと脅されました。きっとケースを開かれたら私はバイヤー保護によって全額の$1463を失うことになるでしょう。 どうすればいいのでしょうか。

First of all, the buyer demanded full refund saying the item was broken.
When I asked for some pictures to check the situation, he/she started saying it wasn't broke.
Then he/she demanded partly refund $300 because the box was opened and the documents were missing.
I shipped it as unopened and it was brand new, so that's impossible.
He was blackmailing me by telling me he is going to open this case if I refuse.
I will be probably losing all $1463 because of the buyer protection.
What should I do?
