今回は異議があります
下記の件について返金の連絡がありましたが、
私はバイヤーから連絡を待っている状態です
バイヤーが私に商品を返送していない状態で
全額返金になるのはおかしいと思います
仮に返金扱いになるのなら、商品は返品されていないので
商品代金だけならまだ理解できます
この対応では私は商品を返品されないまま
2つの商品と送料分が赤字となってしまいます
私の考えは間違っているでしょうか
今はまだバイヤーの連絡待ちの状態で
このタイミングで返金されるとは思っていませんでした
対応宜しくお願いします

I received the contact below regarding a refund, but I am still waiting for the buyer's contact.
I do not accept having to make a full refund when the buyer still has not returned the product to me.
If it is really going to be treated with refund, I could accept if it was only for the price of the product, since it has not yet been returned.
But with this procedure, I will have a loss of two products plus the cost of shipping.
Am I wrong to think this way?
I was not thinking the refund would take place while I was still waiting for the buyer's reply.
