顔は目の大きさが違うと感じます
下まつ毛の植え込みは間隔がバラバラだし雑でした
それはまだ許せます
関節の緩みや傷などないよう入念に検品したものを出荷してくださいと最初に約束したはずですが、受け取った人形の右足の股関節と膝の関節が緩くポージングを維持できませんでした
また、写真ではわかりにくいですが、胸に傷があり生で見ると目立ちます
これではお客様に発送できません
工場に入念に検品したものを出荷するよう伝えていないのですか？

Concerning the figure, the size of the eyes seems different to me.
The lower eyelashes were transplanted in irregular intervals and the work was rough.
It is yet acceptable.
Despite the promise at the beginning to ship merchandises with a thorough inspection without loosened joints or scratches, the received item had a loose joint between its right hip joint and knee joint to sustain the posing.
Also, it might be hard to see in the photo, but the scratch on the breast stands out if you look at it for real.
Under the condition, I am not able to ship this to a customer.
You have notified the factory to ship those with thorough inspection, haven't you?
