下記の日本郵便のサイトで確認したところ、シカゴの通関手続きに10日ほどかかって本日（11/11）やっと国際交換局から発送されたようです。
お届け日がいつ頃になるか、最寄りの郵便局にトラッキング番号を伝えてお聞きいただけないでしょうか？

I am very sorry that your order has not been delivered yet.
According the Japan Post site below that I checked, it seems that it took about 10 days for customs clearance in Chicago and was finally shipped from the outward office of exchange today (11/11).
Will you ask your local post office when it will be delivered to you with a tracking number that they will need to know?
I think you will know the detailed status of it.
