Please help me with this watch. I bought one of these watches and after many tries at getting the alarm, SIG and alarm test to sound a tone I finally returned it to the seller. I bought another one from you as I love this watch but this one also is not making any tone sounds. The battery indicator is "H" level one fully charged so there has got to be a way to enable the alarm tones. I can't believe both watches I bought have the same problem. What am I doing wrong. If I cannot get this figured out I am going to have to return this one also. Please help me with this.
時計の件でお願いです。これらの時計のひとつを購入し、アラームの設定、SIGと音を鳴らすアラームテストを何度も行った後にセラーに返品しました。あなたから別のものを購入し、とても気に入ったのですがこちらも音が鳴りません。バッテリーは「H」レベルになっているので完全に充電されていますので、アラーム音を出す方法があるはずなのですが。購入した時計が両方同じ問題を起こすとは思えません。何か間違っているのでしょうか。解決できない場合はこちらも返品しようと思います。ご協力宜しくお願いします。
