This is a powdered Macha tea created from tea leaves in the “city of Kagegawa”, one of leading tea-producing area.
By being steamed tea leaves slowly with the original technology, the “deep steamed tea process,” even nutrient ingredient that is normally not dissolved will become to be included in macha tea, making sweet ingredient easy to come out.
That makes macha tea less bitter yet mild in taste.
