Fedexに電話したところ、Fedexで時計を輸出する際掛けられる保険の上限が１０００ドルまでなのでエラーが出たようです。

I called FedEx, and it seems like the error occurred because upper limit of insurance for exporting watches by FedEx was $1,000. So, I have DHL account as well so will you send it by DHL?
