大変お手数ですが、今日本郵便に確認したところ、私からも調査請求をさせて頂きますが、受取人様も
受け取られた郵便局へ早急に連絡をして頂かないと損害賠償制度が適用にならないとの事です。
また、次回からはやはり代行業者からではなく自分の目で確認してより慎重に梱包をして発送させて頂きたいと思います。
日本郵便から調査報告がありましたら改めてご連絡させて頂きます。
