I bought 3 pkgs of Olfa blades to use for gifts. One pkg was given to a friend and she complained that each blade she could only get 5 cuts and then the blade would not cut thru her fabric and she would have to use scissors to separate the threads. She has used a number of the blades and each performing the same. I would like to return 2 unopened pkgs for a refund as I do not want to give these as gifts and have the same performance. I think it would also be fair to have the other opened packaged replaced. Thank you
Olfa blade 4pkgsをプレゼント用に購入しました。1pkgを友達に挙げたところ1個につき5回カットしたあとは生地が切れなくなるので、糸を切るのに鋏を使わないといけなかったと苦情がありませいた。彼女はたくさんのブレードを使いましたがどれも同じでした。未開封の2pkgsを返送しますので返金してください、プレゼントして同じことになるのは嫌なので。開封済みの商品も代品を送ってもらうのがフェアだと思います。宜しくお願いします。
