もう一度自宅を探してみてもらえますか？

見当たらない場合はお近くの郵便局に問い合わせてみてもらえますか？

Could you please check around your house again just to be sure it hasn't been sent?

The item has not been arrived, I checked it with the tracking number below,it says that it was shipped on August 17th and delivered on 21st.
I shipped it putting it in a B5 sized white envelope.

Although the item was not delivered, I tracked the product as the below site. However, it has already delivered on Aug. 21 shipped Aug. 17.

As you haven' received the article I tracked the parcel the following site. And it's written on 17. August it was sent and on 21was deliveried.
