Additional info: お客様から荷物が届いていないと連絡を受けたのですが、追跡番号で追跡すると荷物はお届け済みになっていました。そのことをお伝えしたいです。

品物が届いていないとのことでしたので
下記サイトで荷物を追跡したのですが、8/17に発送して8/21にお届け済みになっています。
私は真っ白いＢ5サイズぐらいの小さな封筒に品物を入れて送りました。
もう一度自宅を探してみてもらえますか？
後ほどあなたに送った荷物の伝票も添付します。
見当たらない場合はお近くの郵便局に問い合わせてみてもらえますか？

Although the item was not delivered, I tracked the product as the below site. However, it has already delivered on Aug. 21 shipped Aug. 17.

I sent it in a white envelope of the B5 size or so.
Could you find it again at your home?
Attached will be the slip I sent you later.
Please inquire the nearest post office if you cannot find it?
