御社からは、返金の旨のメール連絡を７月２２日にいただいているのですが、
未だに、返金の確認がとれません。

I got the email about repayment from your company on 22th of July, however I can not check the repayment yet.

I canceled this item because it wasn't delivered to me, and I received an email regarding reimbursement from your company on July 22nd.
However, I cannot confirm the repayment to my account up to this moment.
