The cause of delayed shipment: Lack of instructions, inexperience, lack of studies, lack of communication with outsourcing companies.
I will improve our operation by using only FBA in Amazon U.S. in the future to prevent the delayed shipment.
I will deliver the goods on FBA to Amazon U.S once reopening of my account is informed.

From now on, we will switch over to FBA use only in Amazon US as a solution of improvement to prevent such shipping delay.
After we receive a contact notyfing the reinstating the account, we will implement FBA shipment to Amazon US.
We believe that shipping delay and customer's complaints will be mitigated by selling our merchandise merely with FBA.
