ご家族の方が受け取られたということはないでしょうか？
こちらから調査依頼をかけることはかのですが、海外からの為、過去の例からかなりお時間がかかってしまうとおもわれます。
2-3週間程度かかる可能性があります。

I have confirmed to the following site that the delivery status is "Final delivery" already.
Haven't your family member received the baggage?
Although we can request research, we are afraid that it would take much time judging from past instances because of the request from overseas.
It would take 2-3 weeks for research.

We traced delivery record of yours. It shows 'final delivery',which means that it has done already.
Is there any possibility that your family received it already?
We can investigate this matter.However,it will take a long time as the past cases show, because we are in abroad.
