また、ebayを通さない取引は可能ですか？

Do you have a stock of this item? I would like to order 5 pieces.
The shipping address is in Japan, but does the shipping cost come down in price if you enclose them all?
Please let me know 2 patterns, normal and express.
And is it possible to deal without eBay transaction?
If the ordered items are sold, I would like to buy it continuously.
