paypalから返金しようとしましたが、現在直接返金が処理できなくなっているようです。
現在日本時間で夜の9:00のため、明日PAYPALのカスタマーサービスに連絡して返金処理いたします。
今から15時間後くらいになると思いますが、必ず100USDを返金処理いたしますので、その返金をご確認いただいてからリターンリクエストをクローズしてください。よろしくお願いいたします。

I tried to refund via Paypal, but direct refund does not seem to work..
It is 21:00 in Japan, so I will contact Paypal Customer Service tomorrow and make sure refund process is properly done.
It will be another 15 or so hours before you can confirm the money back, but I promise I will give you USD100.00 refund.
Once you confirm the money back, please close the returned request.
