paypalから返金しようとしましたが、現在直接返金が処理できなくなっているようです。
現在日本時間で夜の9:00のため、明日PAYPALのカスタマーサービスに連絡して返金処理いたします。
今から15時間後くらいになると思いますが、必ず100USDを返金処理いたしますので、その返金をご確認いただいてからリターンリクエストをクローズしてください。よろしくお願いいたします。

I tried to refund via PayPal, but it looks like direct refund cannot be processed at the moment.
Currently it's 9pm in Japan time, so I will contact PayPal customer service tomorrow and process refund.
I guess it will be around 15 hours later from now, but i will surely process refund of 100USD, so please confirm the receipt of refund and then close return request. Thank you in advance.
