おめでとうございます。
また、いつも楽しくチャットをしてくれてありがとう。
自身は、仕事があるのと、◯◯さんの依頼のお菓子は、少数個では
手に入らないものも多く、見つけるのに苦労しているという事
から、時間がかかってしまっています。ごめんなさいね。
あと英語が苦手だから、いつも変な文章を送ってゴメンね。
誕生日にプレゼントをと思い、梅を同梱しました。
普通の味、蜂蜜漬け、かつお味の3種類の味があります。
日本ではご飯の真ん中にのせて食べる事が多いです。

As for myself, my time's been taken up by work and the fact that I've been having a hard time finding a lot of the treats that you've requested because they are hard to get in small quantities.
My apologies.
And sorry for always sending you weird messages. English isn't one of my strong points.
Also included are some plums that I thought I'd give you as a birthday present.
There are 3 flavors: normal, honey-soaked and bonito.
In Japan, it's common to place it right on top of your rice and then eat it.
