14日間返品条件
購入した商品に対し満足していない場合、14日間以内であれば返品を受け入れます。
返品時の注意
商品は完全な状態でなければなりません。
商品が使用された形跡や箱、タグ、保証書、説明書などが欠損している場合は当社規定の評価額での返金となります。
返品時の送料はバイヤー負担となります。
返品時のインボイスには、返品商品である旨を記載してください。
返金
返品商品が到着後に検品を開始し、検品終了後3営業日以内に返金処理を行います。
すべての輸入関税や税金は返金することができません。
A condition of returning goods within 14 days
As a case of not being content with the items purchased, we receive them on condition within 14 days.
Notice for returning goods
The goods must be in perfect condition as they have been shipped.
In the case of the goods with the traces of being used, and defects of the boxes, tag, product guarantee and explanatory note, buyers should be pay back the amount of our regulation.
The shipping charge for returning should be payed by buyers.
Please mention the goods are for returning in the invoice of returning.
Refund
To start check the goods after having received the returned goods, refund should be made within 3 business days after the checking.
All the tariffs and tax cannot be payed back.
