In order to solve the dispute I am willing to offer a refund. We just have a difference of opinion on condition. As you can see by my feedback I am not trying to rip you off.
If you send the cd back and pay return shipping, I will issue a refund of the original cost and original shipping after receiving it and inspecting it.
