DHLは使ったことがないのでFEDEXの着払いで発送してください。
サンプルが届いたら認証の取得に向けたプロセスを開始します。
どこの国でも公的な機関は非常に時間が掛かりますし、認証の取得自体が困難かもしれません。
結果が出たら必ず連絡しますので、気長に待っていてください。

I have not used DHL so please send by FedEx collect.
As soon as I receive sample I will start applying for acquiring verification.
In any country public organization takes long and verification itself might be difficult.

I have never used DHL, so please use FEDEX shipment COD.
