支払いが完了するまで、後何日待てば良いでしょうか?
正直な所、かなりの期間待っていますので、疲れてしまっています。
貴方が先日から報告されている「当局に連絡を行い、支払い通知がこないと支払いが出来ない」事も、それを御社側で待っている状態である事も信用しましょう。
しかしながら何回か伝えているように、日本の郵便局の担当局員は、送り先の人間に早く支払いを行うようにお願いするしか無い。と回答されていて、私はそれを1ヶ月以上待っている状態なのです。
とにかく早く解決するようにお願いしたい。

How many more days do I need wait until your payment is made?
To be frank, I am a tired of waiting since I have been waiting for a long time.
I belive your statement, "We are waiting for the postal service to contact us. We have not received notification to make payment for the delivery yet.", and you are still waiting for it.
However, as I have told you many times, Japan Post clerk told me that the only way is to ask the recepient to pay soon、and I have been waiting for over a month.
I am truly hoping to resolve this very soon.

You've mentioned earlier that "we are unable to complete the payment unless we receive the payment notification from the authorities". I believe your statement is true and that your company is waiting to hear back.
Even though, as I have been in contact with you several times, I have been told by the Japanese post office clerk in charge to request the sender for the full payment as soon as possible. I have been waiting for over a month now.
Please make any efforts to resolve this issue immediately.
