切断機で異常な停止が発生した時注意事項
自動切断機が異常な停止をした場合はパイプの中間に折り目（切断刃）が入ってる恐れがあるために下記の処理手順をチェックシートに基づき実施及び異常な状態を明確にすること
リングゲージが、上から下に軽く抜けること
楕円度 = 0.2㎜以下にて管理
始業時に1本、ノギス等にて測定すること
規格：左下表参照(参：各サイズ±0.1)
寸法変更毎に測定し、日報に記入すること
5㎜以下/1000㎜にて管理

Instructions for an abnormal stop of automatic cutting machine
When the cutting machine stops abnormally, it may be due to a fold made (by cutting blade) in the midway of the pipe, so execute the following processing procedures based on the check sheet and clarify the abnormal state.
A ring gage is to go by lightly from the top to the bottom.
Manage at ellipticity = 0.2mm or less.
Measure one of the articles with vernier calipers etc. at the time of commencing work.
Standard: see the list shown below left (ref: each size +-0.1)
Measure at every dimension change and enter it in the daily report.
Manage at 5mm or less/1000mm.
