現品票に基き､サイズ、材質を確認し入力設定をする
送りセットを切断長通りに入力する
切断本数の設定
現品票に基き、切断本数を確認する
切断本数を入力後日報に記入する
切断の開始
切断寸法・本数設定の再確認をする
マーク材、工程内不良が出た時に切断本数が少なくなってしまう
切り込みキズが入ったまま流出する恐れがある
切断加工油はサンプレス油使用
ｵｲﾙﾀﾝｸ内に１／２以上有ることを確認する
１回／1直確認
曲がりを確認する

Setting of cutting dimension
Based on the identification tag, check the size and material and do the input setting
Enter the feed set with the cutting length
Setting of cutting number
Based on the identification tag, confirm the cutting number
Enter the cutting number and fill in the daily report
Start cutting
Re-confirmation of the cutting size and the number setting
The cutting number will be less when there are mark materials and process failures.
The product might escape with a cutting line on it
Use Sun press oil as cutting process oil
Confirm that there is more than half in the oil tank
Once / 1 direct confirmation
Check the bend
