基本作業要領書の記載要件
作業者にやさしい作業要領書とは、
作業要領書の表現内容は、具体的・客観的で読み手（作業者）に親切な表現（文言、写真、イラスト）であること。
誰がその要領書で作業しても、同じ出来栄えの品物ができること。
作業者に判断（考え）させる内容は極力避け、誰でも解る表現にする。
目視のみに頼るﾁｪｯｸ方法から作業者の五感を使ったﾁｪｯｸ方法にする。

All the workers should take part in making the work instruction that is easy to understand and follow with no deficiency.

What is the work instruction that is friendly to workers?
It should have expressions specific and objective, and familar to the readers (workers) using familiar sentences, photos and pictures.
The checking method should use the five senses of the worker instead of just using visual checking.
