弊社田中を招待いただいている御社のSummitについて３点お願いがあります。
・田中の同行者として私も参加させていただくことは可能でしょうか．
・6月25日午後6時から6月27日午後6時の間で開催されるイベントの詳細について教えていただくことはできないでしょうか。すべて時間帯に参加できない可能性がありますので、田中が参加必須な箇所についても予め教えていただけると助かります。
・参加する場合、どのホテルに宿泊するのがおすすめでしょうか。あれば教えていただけると助かります。
I have 3 questions to ask about your Summit which Mr. Tanaka of my colleague is invited.
1. May I take part in the summit as Mr. Tanaka's companion?
2. I'd appreciate if you could tell me the detailed information on the events which will be held from 6:00pm on 25th June to 6:00pm on 27th June. I might not be able to take part during all the hours, so it will be great if you could let me know the events Mr. Tanaka must entry beforehand.
3. I'm looking for a hotel to stay. Which hotel is convenient for the summit? If you have any idea, please let me know it. It'll be great help for me.
