Identify and match to the criteria without leaving a single process and workplace.
Put the unnecessary things out of process and workplace.
Divide the unnecessary things to throw away or to keep.
We just need to decide the standard and take action!
What is meant by necessary things and unnecessary things?

Maps, manual, check sheet, various forms
The things that will not be used in 1 or more years.
Things that be used once in 1 year (12 months)
