私達も薬品会社もゴールデンウイークに入ってしまうため早く薬をだしたいので、船会社に早くするように言っているのですが、薬の輸出をしたことがないため書類作成に手間取っているのか連絡が来ません。
今の船会社の対応があまりに遅いので、別の船会社にも連絡をとっていることろです。
あと、船のスケジュールもでていないため、輸出費用の計算がまだ出せていません。

We are asking the shipping company to hurry, but as they have no experience in exporting medicines they might be taking time to create documents and we have not heard from them. Since this shipping company is taking too much time, we are contacting other shipping companies, too.
Also, as we don't have boat schedule yet, we have not been able to calculate export expense.
