I recently received word from the supplier that the item we were short on is expected to reach us within the next couple of days (between the 16th and the 19th.)
We will ship the item with the other products as soon as it arrives here.
Since we will be shipping soon, do you mind if we send a shipment e-mail beforehand?
We will send a tracking number on the actual day of shipment.

My supplier just informed that missing item will be delivered to us within few days (scheduled between 16-19).
Then we will send this item with other items as soon as it arrives.
As dispatch deadline is coming, is it okay to inform you about shipment first?
I will inform you the tracking number on the day of actual dispatch.

The supplier contacted us and said that the missing items will arrive in a few days (expected to on 16th to 19th) .
So we will ship the items all together as soon as these items will arrive.
