我々は以前に行動計画を提出してから、ODRを下げる要因を作っていません。
また、私たちのODRは現在でも基準値を上回っていることを理解しています。

現在でもODRが基準値を上回っている理由は次の通りです。
ODRの基準値を正常に回復させるほどの注文数が得られていない。
Since we submitted an action plan previously, this was not a contributing factor to the lowering of ODR.
In addition, it can be understood that our current ODR exceeds the standard value.
In regard to the action plan, please refer to the plan that was submitted on February 19th.
The reasons why the current ODR exceeds the standard value are as follows.
We cannot obtain the number of orders that will prompt the standard value of ODR to return to its normal state.
我々は以前提出した行動計画に沿ってFBAを中心に出品を行い、
配送トラブルを避ける為、自社での発送をなるべく避けている。
しかし商品登録数の減少から、以前ほどの注文数が得られていない。
今後の追加措置としては、さらにFBAでの商品登録数を増やしていくことです。
具体的には15〜20アイテム、在庫数にして80〜100個の在庫をFBAへ納品する予定があります。

Based on the action plan we submitted previously, we mainly list FBA and avoid dispatches from our company in order to avoid delivery trouble. However, due to reduced number of registered items, we have not been able to receive orders as much as we did before.
Additional action is to increase the number of registered items on FBA.
In detail, we are planning to deliver 15 to 20 items, 80 to 100 pieces of stock to FBA.
We sincerely are hoping for our account to be reactivated.
