現在サポートチームはリソース不足の状況であると考えている。
しかし今期の目標売上高はより一層高くなってる。
(企業が存続するためには必要不可欠)
そのため私たちはより効率的な働きを求められてます。
そのような状況下、私は２つの考えを持っています。
1．選択と集中（顧客の絞込み）
2. 売上高に占める運用売上高の割合を増やす

現在の状況は来るもの拒まずである。
これはすべての顧客に全力疾走で平等に対応していることを意味し
常に忙しい状況が続くことを意味する。

The support team thinks that it is the situation where the resources lack now.
However, the aimed sales of the term gets higher and higher.
(It is essential so that a company goes on.)
Therefore, we are demanded to work more effectively.
Under such surcumstances, I have two ideas:
1. Selection and concentration (narrowing down of customers).
2. Increase of the ratio of operative sales in tatal sales.
About 1:
The present status is that of "anybcdy who comes is welcome".
This means that we deal with all customers equally as if making sprints, and that the always-busy situation
continues.
However, the aimed sales of the term gets higher and higher.
(It is essential so that a company goes on.)

But the sales target of current fiscal year has become even higher.
(It is necessary for existence of the company)
