Yes, headstock appears to be repainted possibly due to clouding. Repair very noticeable around the inlays. Unfortunately, repair is poor.& rough. This can affect value of guitar.
I'm going to have the local repair shop Gibson, Fender & Taylor authorized center look at the guitar to evaluate and estimate to make headstock look good again. They are closed on Monday so I bring to them tomorrow.
