I was not concerned much when it happened for the 1st time and even the 2nd time, but then the casing got broken and some of the trumpet and saxophone parts went missing. The 3rd time round, a mouthpiece was forcibly inserted into the $2,000.00 saxophone. Then, this time round, a $1,200.00 flugelhorn's horn was forcibly bent. This is the picture of how it looks. This cannot be sold in Japan. I have already contacted the customer service centre to sound out on this matter. I have also reported to them earlier on the matter with the picture.

I was not worried much for the first and second time, but then the case was broken, and the one of the part of the Saxaphone in the case was misplaced. And the third time a mouthpiece was jammed in the Saxaphone worth 2000 dollars. And the fluegenhorn of 1200 dollars that I received today had one of its part missing. This is the picture of the same.
This type of damaged item is not marketable in Japan. I have several times approached to the customer center for this.I have already reported in previous mail about this photograph.

I did not pay too much attention to the first couple of incidences when the cases were damaged and some parts were missing from enclosed trumpet and saxophone. The third incidence was with $2000 saxophone, into which a mouthpiece was forcibly jammed using some hard object. Then today, I received $1200 flugelhorn of which body was forcibly bent. Enclosed is a photograph showing the damage. I cannot sell this at all in Japan. I have contacted your customer service several times on this matter. I have also attached this photograph to the email I sent earlier.
