HI, Oh my goodness, I am so sorry, this is just horrible! I have never had a piece arrive damaged. Was the outer box damaged? I thought I had packed this well, and had double boxed it for a safe arrival! This was shipped Priority International so it is insured but I will have to call the USPS to find out how I file a claim for an International package, and what the procedure is. Have you ever had this happen? Do you know the procedure? What are your thoughts on how this should be handled?! Let me know, Thanks,
