私は既にebayのアカウント設定で、発送先の住所を米国へ変更した。君は確認したか？日本へ発送できないと言いながら、初めは400＄という高額な送料を請求して発送しようとしていた。矛盾している。
君が日本へ発送できないと言うから、私はebayのアカウント設定を米国の住所へ変更した。何故、ebay登録の住所を米国に変更したのに送料29.99$の請求書を私に送らない？私はebayのIDを複数所持しており初心者ではない。設定から米国の住所に変更したのに商品を発送できない理由を説明しろ。

I've already went to account settings on ebay and changed my shipping address to the US. Have you checked that? You said you couldn't send items to Japan, but you were trying to charge me rather expensive postage of $400 by shipping. That makes totally no sense.
Because you said you couldn't make shipment to Japan, I changed the settings to the US. Even with all this stuff done, why don't you send me the invoice of $29.99 for the shipping fee? I have more than one ID of ebay, and I'm not a novice in using ebay. Explain the reason you can't send out the products with the address corrected.

I already changed my destination address to U.S. in my ebay account. Did you confirm that? You are contradicting yourself, because you forced me to pay exorbitant 400$ shipping cost for trying to ship the product even though you said you couldn't send the item to Japan.

I've already changed the shipping address to US, on eBay account setting. Have you check it? You said you couldn't ship it to Japan but you charged $400 as an expensive shipping fee for the first time. It's a contradiction. As you said you couldn't ship to Japan, so I changed my eBay account setting to US address. Why you don't send the billing of the shipping fee $29.99 even if I changed the registered address to US on eBay? I have several ID on eBay and not a beginner. Explain the reason why you can't send the product even if I changed the address to US on the setting.
