私は既にebayのアカウント設定で、発送先の住所を米国へ変更した。君は確認したか？日本へ発送できないと言いながら、初めは400＄という高額な送料を請求して発送しようとしていた。矛盾している。
君が日本へ発送できないと言うから、私はebayのアカウント設定を米国の住所へ変更した。何故、ebay登録の住所を米国に変更したのに送料29.99$の請求書を私に送らない？私はebayのIDを複数所持しており初心者ではない。設定から米国の住所に変更したのに商品を発送できない理由を説明しろ。

I've already went to account settings on ebay and changed my shipping address to the US. Have you checked that? You said you couldn't send items to Japan, but you were trying to charge me rather expensive postage of $400 by shipping. That makes totally no sense.
Because you said you couldn't make shipment to Japan, I changed the settings to the US. Even with all this stuff done, why don't you send me the invoice of $29.99 for the shipping fee? I have more than one ID of ebay, and I'm not a novice in using ebay. Explain the reason you can't send out the products with the address corrected.
