今回の処置について、問題を解決する方法を考えています。
何故、他のアカウントと関連していたのかという問題。
以前に御社で販売をされていた方から、出品を大量に出来るツールをお借りし商品を1品だけアップしました。
おそらく、それが原因ではないかと思われます。
現在、アップしている商品は全て在庫の商品になりますので、今後は在庫の商品だけを販売するようにします。
是非とも御社での販売権を復活させて頂きたいと思いますので、他に私が出来ることがあればご指導ください。

I am thinking of the way to solve the problem regarding this procedure.
Why was it associated with another account?
I posted only one product using a tool borrowed from the person who engaged in selling products in your company before. The tool allows placing large amount of products on show.
Perhaps it is the cause.
All the products on show are in stock. I will sell only the products in stock in the future.
I'd like you to reactivate my sales right in your company. Please let me know if there is anything I can.
