ピックアップと交換したとの事で、おそらく490R、498Tであると思われますが、
申し訳ございませんが判断できかねます
ポットデイトは 137 7142 (71年42週目） 出荷は1972年になります
コンデンサーはオリジナル ブラックビューティです
製造工場につきましては、大変恐れ入りながら正確な根拠を示せる情報が御座いませんでした

The coating is EG-800 so that it is a lacquered coating.
Attached is the pictures of cracks and scratches.
As for the pickup, apparently the previous owner replaced the pickup mounted in a used Gibson smart wood. Probably it would be 490R or 498T but we are afraid we can't say for sure.
The pot-code is 137 7142 (year model 71, 42nd week) The delivery year is 1972.
The condenser is the original black beauty.
Regarding the factory manufacturing the guitar, we are afraid we don't have any information identifying the factory.
