商品は、倉庫で全てラベルを取る作業をしています。その時に 商品の数量を確認はしているのでしょうか。
添付ファイルの写真を確認して頂いたと思いますが、箱にはダメージがありません。東京から大阪まで輸送で、商品がなくなったとは、考えられません。
申し訳ございませんが、メーカーに出荷した内容を確認するか。もしくは、倉庫に商品を仕分けした内容を確認して頂けませんでしょうか。

All the labels on the item are removed at the warehouse. Do you check quantity of the item in that process?
I think you checked the photo on attached file, there is no damage on the box. It is hard to conclude that the item disappeared during transportation from Tokyo to Osaka.
I'm afraid to ask you this, but will you check with the manufacturer what was sent out or check how items were allocated at the warehouse?

The product has a work to take all the labs in a warehouse. Is the quantity of the products checked at that time?
As you can see from the attatched picture, there is no damage on the box. I cannot think that the product was lost during transportation from Tokyo to Osaka.

All of the items ,we have been doing peel off all labels in our warehouse.at that time,did you check amount of the items?
I think you already checked the picture that attached with e-mail.the box doesn't have any damages.we don't think we lost our items on the way of shipping from Tokyo to Osaka.
