商品は、倉庫で全てラベルを取る作業をしています。その時に　商品の数量を確認はしているのでしょうか。
添付ファイルの写真を確認して頂いたと思いますが、箱にはダメージがありません。東京から大阪まで輸送で、商品がなくなったとは、考えられません。
申し訳ございませんが、メーカーに出荷した内容を確認するか。もしくは、倉庫に商品を仕分けした内容を確認して頂けませんでしょうか。
