商品は、倉庫で全てラベルを取る作業をしています。その時に　商品の数量を確認はしているのでしょうか。
添付ファイルの写真を確認して頂いたと思いますが、箱にはダメージがありません。東京から大阪まで輸送で、商品がなくなったとは、考えられません。
申し訳ございませんが、メーカーに出荷した内容を確認するか。もしくは、倉庫に商品を仕分けした内容を確認して頂けませんでしょうか。

All of the items ,we have been doing peel off all labels in our warehouse.at that time,did you check amount of the items?
I think you already checked the picture that attached with e-mail.the box doesn't have any damages.we don't think we lost our items on the way of shipping from Tokyo to Osaka.
I'm very sorry ,would you please check your items that shipped to the maker or check your detail that sorted to warehouse.
