アプローチ方法
手作業では生産性がない為、著作権法に違反しない国・協会の情報をxls.pdfで探しました。
その情報を加工、繋ぎ合わせ生産性を追求しながら基本情報を作成しました。(期間は約3ヶ月)
外注費用1社あたり約200円に対し、終盤では50~60円あたりで情報を作成するまでに至りました。

Complied a data set of company basic data including the company name, address, phone number, the name of the representative executive, capital amount, annual income, and the number of employees) for 6,000 companies independently and/or in a team of up 6 members (Currently, researching the market volume in each industry)
Method Used
Sought copy right free data provided by a state government and public organization in xls and pdf format to avoid inefficient manual work
Complied the basic data set by editing and combining the collected data sets pursuing efficiency (the period used were 3 months)
Achieved cost cutting down to 50 to 60 yen for the data of one company toward the end of the project comparing to approximately 200 yen per a company when outsourcing.
