通関(TNT)から到着の電話がありました。「ANIMAL SNEAKERS 2足」が通関書類に「レザー100%」と記載されていると連絡がありました。これは間違いで「合成繊維100%」です。日本では革靴の輸入関税が非常に高いです。1足30€以上かかります。間違いを正した通関書類をメールに添付して送ってください。日本の通関への提出書類です。こちらから通関業者(TNT)に書類をFAXする必要があります。大至急ご対応ください。
We got a call from TNT. They informed us that the clearance document noted "leather 100%" instead of "2 pairs of ANIMAL SNEAKERS". It is an error. It should be "synthetic fiber 100%". In Japan, import duties of leather shoes are very expensive. It costs 30€ per pair. Please send us a corrected clearance document as an attached file. This is the document to submit to Japanese customs office. We have to fax the document to TNT. Please deal to it urgently.
