日本のカスタマーセンターは、直接、お客様がドイツのペイパルのカスタマーセンターに支払いの確認をして欲しいということです。

Japanese customer center wants you to check if you paid to German PayPal customer centre directly.

I just contacted Japanese Paypal customer center regarding the payment. However, I found out that the money has not transferred yet. Japanese customer centre asked the client to contact directly to Paypal Germany regarding this matter.
As soon as we confirm the payment we will send you the products.
