ダイビングの難易度自体は低く、ドライスーツの使用経験があれば更に楽かと。
深度が浅いあたりを何度も浮き沈みを繰り返すので浮力についてはマイナス気味が良いかも。
ただ、潜行について不安があっても沈みが悪いようであればエントリーポイント近くでガイドがチェックして思いっきりウェイトをポケットに突っ込んでくれるので心配ないと思います。
ダイビングの感想としては、何度も何度も繰り返し潜りたいところではありませんが、他では無いだろうと思われる独特の環境で興味深く良い経験が出来、楽しかったです。

You go up and down repeatedly in shallow water, so maybe it is better for you to have buoyancy on the low side.
The guide will check and put many weights in your pocket if it is found to be not going down well, so rest assured even if you have concerns going down.
As for how I felt about the diving itself, it is not where I want to dive over and over, but I enjoyed it a lot as the environment was unique and interesting, something that cannot be experienced elsewhere.
